Ok i do understand now. In this case we should be able to replace any battery under the warranty.
If you can please re-establish contact with firstname.lastname@example.org or call 718-728-3605. Just let him know that you need a battery replacement under warranty and that your purchase was under a year ago. he will give you an RMA number and address for return.
