I have an English -Chinese lux 2 and cant figure out how to make it type in Chinese. the keypad has the English letters and the Chinese symbols. I go to the text translate app. and can translate and type from English to Chinese but Cant figure out how to type in Chinese and translate into English. The touch screen keypad has English or spanish options but not Chinese. The directions are not very helpful , I thought pressing the key that looks like a globe would change it but it does nothing.. Please help...

Hello,

Thanks for the message. The on-screen keyboard should be able to change to Chinese lettering. Please send an email to tech@ectaco.com and they can give you details on how to work it. You can also call 718-728-3605.

Hello,

When you switch the language direction (by pressing the globe button in the bottom left) it should allow you to use the chinese Keyboard. I know this would work in the Dictionary program for sure. Try it there first. If it still does not work i would contact technical support.

Hope this helps!
