I purchased software the other day
my cust # is COM-200708
I don't have the registration key so I can't load the software on my computer

how do I get this info
the software isn't doing me any good right now

When I signed up for this forum, I received an authority code along with my e-mail confirmation. Does this have anything to do with the registration key for the software? If it is not, can someone tell me what the authority code is for?

Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry.

This code that you received is required to complete your registration in case if you prefer to do this manually.

It does not have anything to do with the registration key for the software which you receive after you place an order on our website.

TRIED TELEPHONE NUMBER AND SENT PICTURES AS REQUESTED THEN CALLED BACK TO OBTAIN ANSWER.

THEN TOLDED TO EMAIL. i AM GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES.

yOU MUST KNOW WHAT SOFTWARE IS INSTALLED ON YOUR UNITS.

CAN YOU SEND ME THE ACTIVATE KEY CODES SO i CAN USE THE LANGUAGE SOFTWARE AS THE PHONE IS USELESS TO ME.

Please post one response at a time or it will be seen as spam and removed. The people at that number will help you out. The software keys are long numbers and may take forever to give you over the phone. They may have recommended sending them over email.
