Newly developed Talking Partner® Dictionaries for English and Polish are two-way translation applications compatible with two operating systems: Windows and Pocket PC.

The dictionaries are easy to install on a computer running on Windows 2000/XP, Pocket PC 2002, Windows CE 3.0 or higher.

The software dictionaries translate words and phrases from English to Polish and from Polish to English.

The dictionaries are noted for their capability to pronounce English words and phrases. If you need to hear a word, simply select or type it and with one click make the speech synthesizer pronounce it for you. A specially developed Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology converts text to speech and provides you with samples of clear English pronunciation.

Besides, all English words in the dictionaries are supplied with the transcription given in brackets. So before making your dictionary say a word or a phrase you can read the transcription and try articulating, then compare your result with the model pronunciation offered by the dictionary.

Talking Partner® Dictionaries instantly provide both direct and reverse translations, which helps you choose the most appropriate translation from several synonymous options provided for almost every word.
