Ectaco, Inc. Unveils New Chinese Software Dictionary for Pocket PC

Ectaco, Inc. has expanded its line of software dictionaries. New Language Teacher® English<->Chinese has been made for Pocket PC (Windows CE 3.0). Our program works on MIPS, ARM/StrongARM or SH3 CPU-based devices.

The software comprises a full-volume Chinese<->English bidirectional dictionary database with approximately 400,000 entries. All Chinese words are presented in Traditional and Simplified characters, as well as in PinYin system. The program allows instant word translation and reverse translation.

You can use the Chinese virtual keyboard to input Chinese characters. The Chinese keyboard provides two methods of Chinese input: PinYin (Transliterated Input) and Input by Radical.
