New functions of PalmOS Language Teacher dictionary

We are pleased to advise you that Ectaco, Inc. has released a new dictionary on September 28th. It continues the Palm OS dictionary series yet its functionality was considerably expanded. The new functions are described below.

POPUP FUNCTIONS

We have developed a supplemental Pop-up Module which appears as a Search Dialogue when you press the Find icon.

• You can use this Pop-up Module to translate words without quitting the current application. It is activated with the simple (definable) pen stroke. You can back to your application with just one tap.
• You can exchange data with your application if it supports copy and paste functions, or if it has an input field. Symbols and operations can also be entered with graffiti.
• Pop-up Module is invoked with the pen stroke from the "Find" to the "Calculator" silk screen button by default. You can set any other stroke.

EXTENTION CARD SUPPORT

To satisfy desires of our customers, we have developed functions which support SD/MMC standard. Now you may:

• Store applications and/or databases on an extension card (SD/MMC)
• Run an application from the main memory or the extension card independently of where database is located.
