There is no difference between NTL and ALPINE except for the color which you can choose when you order it online. And NTL is for only bilingual but ALPINE is for Multilingual. Therefore if you want to buy only a pair language you will order NTL but if you want more than one pair you should order ALPINE. For battery life, the sale team said it should last for 3-4 days just like your cell phone :) .
