Cannot Register my Software

I cannot register my software - need serial number but cannot locate! My customer number is COM-233622

Also my husband has called an left messages at the your 718... number twice and we are still waiting for a response.

Dear Sir / Madam,

The order #COM-233622 is for a handheld Partner ER900 Deluxe.

If you would like to register the software which came on CD inside the parcel, please check the registration.txt file on this CD.

Please note that the software included on CD is a bonus and demo software. If there is no key in the registration.txt file for the software that you would like to install it is a demo version only.

In this case, to get a full version of the software, you will need to order it online at www.ectaco.com

Thanks for your response; however, we did check the registration.txt file on the CD and attempted to enter the 25 postion code. It was not accepted.

I understand that we purchased the handheld Partner ER900 Deluxe and the the software was a bonus; however, stating that it was a demo was not explicit. In fact, the product advertisment was in that case, is misleading.

In case if you cannot register the bonus software with the provided registration key, please forward this key to our software support at support@ectaco.com so they could check what the problem is.
