ER850 but German-Russian - update

Looking through the dictionary we've explored that the German-Russian SD card is probably a cheapest version of iTRAVL and it has a computer voice.
Moreover we found some errors - when touching various screen icons virtual keyboard doesnt work.
We also cant switch language interface in language option, we hope this is because of SD card supplied to us as being incorrect
Can you organise to supply the correct SD card as Russian English for the ER850
ASAP

Why return unit

I cant understand why you would need me to return the entire unit as I have established that the SD card is the incorrect language, wouldnt it be better and a cheaper option for your company to simply send the correct SD card English Russian please not as I have in this unit as a Russian German iTravel, all I need is the correct SD card for unit then I will understand if the unit is not functioning correctly

Please be advised that my 7 day return policy wont start until I recieve the correct card so I can establish then if the unit works correctly.
If you want me to return the unit for replacement because of your error this is no problem also I just feel its a wast of time and your money as I wont be responsible for postage costs because of your errors.

We have been spending time all this week to fix problems to our unit which continually appeared to be faulty.
Maybe you will send to us an original SD card for our unit finally
