Alexi, can you help me to get function my partner P800?
I click in four sides of the monitor to calibration and when i click in the middle the partner freez and it dose not work.
I need help urgentlly.

Dear customer
try to reload the Firmware for your 800 Models.
1. Turn the Device on
2. Press the ON/OFF button and hold it, the screen should be ON
3. Press RESET button (pinhole) with paperclip for a second, while you
are holding the ON/OFF button, (the RESET button is on the left upper corner of keyboard panel)
4. The screen turns off and then on
5. Then screen shows: Main Menu,
Load Firmware,
Back Up Firmware
6. Press Load Firmware with stylus
7. You see the message on the screen: Select package
P 800 V and numbers
Cancel
8. In order to select the Package: Press P 800 V and numbers

9. The screen shows the message(window): Burn in Progress
10.Then another message appears: Info
Burn process complete
OK
11.Press OK
12.Then once again press the RESET button for a second without pressing ON/OFF button
13.The screen turns off and on again
14.You see the Calibration Screen Message:
Hit the Target with the Stylus or press ENTER to skip calibration
15.Hit(press) the target (small square with cross) with stylus exactly in the center, which appears one by one in every corner of the screen going round clock and in the center of the screen
16.After completing the screen calibration the DEVICE is ready to work.

Thanks so much to answer me but when i put de battey or i connect it to ac dc directlly, it turns on automatically and ask me to calibrate the screen and always freez when it is in the middle os the screen.
I desperately sent an e-mail to the comercial department and i´m waiting for may #RMA and at this moment (after 3 days) i have not recieved any replay.
Is this people serious in her job?
there is no responsible in spain and i´m desesperate. Any help will be welcome.

I called but nobody answer me. I put the message but nothing.
I´m deseperated and far from USA to do anything. In spain ECTACO have not branch.
I lost 520€ buying an dictionary model E15C800!!!!!
