P850 functionality and content problems

Dear Leslie Green,

Just received today my P850 and started using it and encountered the following problems:

Functionality problems:
1) Sidebar icons on the right side of the screen do not work.
2) Sidebar icons on the left side screen work as follows: pressed English idioms opens audio phrase book, pressed irregular verbs opens audio player, pressed audio player opens calculater etc.
3) Battery, being fully charged as described in instructions and in forum drains in 30 min.
4) Hinges of the devise are loose and cannot be set in any other position as fully opened where the devise flips over
5) It is not possible to close devise, it is closing, but does not latch.

I have tried to reset device several times, it does not help.
