Voice recognition options & Language teacher       Forum Index -> ECTACO Forum   Autor Message Igor Messages: 1 11/06/2008 14:18:44    Subject: Voice recognition options & Language teacher I just got ER 850 for my girlfriend and it does not work the way it should. 1) The voice recognition option does not work (we were following the manual step by step ) another word - we don’t see the picture like an image on the box for example with 2 scales by each other. 2) The language teacher with the word picture and sound ("Apple" for example) has a word written in Russian and English on top of another background image therefore it's very difficult to read also the next word ("Bear" for example) does not overwrite the previous one - just merged on top of it and make it impossible to read. To the top green Messages: 110 13/06/2008 17:02:13    Subject: Dear customer 1) the picture would appear only in a language teacher, after you would repeat the word or phrase, it would compare your pronunciation to the original one. 2) the picture is a subjective matter, therefore it could have more than one meaning. apple could be an apple, could be fruit, or beginning of fall (fall).
