Problems with the EB800

I have Ectaco Partner EB800 .Everithing works properly and I was happy.A couple of days ago I took out the card and when I inserted it back into the dictionary it wouldn't work.I have tried several times,but I did not succeed. Anyway works properly ,but only if I hold the card.I thing something at the Memory Card Slot is broken and the card can't stay in.I send 2-3 e-mails and I've got answer.Can't be true! You told me I should send the dictionary to your New York office. I bought my dictionary(which was really expensive) from UK-web site and I still have waranty.Obviously the expenses will be very high if I do that,are you going to cover them?Please ,let me know,because I think this is really not fair and I 'm really not Happy now. And after this I've got another answer Please contact our New York office. They will provide answers to your questions. What's wrong with you people? I 'm absolutely DISAPPOINT from your service.
