How do I register my account?

I purchased LingvoSoft East Asian Pack for Pocket PC software and the CD of it which I received a couple of weeks ago. After I installed it into the HP PDA, it asked me to register my account. However, every time, I tried to access MY ACCOUNT, I received an invalid email address and password error message, although I have been using the same email address through out the entire transaction and am 100% certain that I'm using the correct one.

When I tried retrieving password through your online system, I kept receiving email from you with the same password sending to my email but still don't work.

Question: How do I access my account? If I need to register first, how do I register? Your website is so confusing and I keep going in circle.

Please help because I am stuck with the software which is doing nothing right now.

Dear Franky,

I have just emailed you your account information including your login and password.

Please note that the software has to be registered with the registration keys provided in the original order confirmation email.

You may access the same registration information by logging in to your account at our website.

Thanks Val:
I am getting closer.
I managed to install the software off the CD that I received. Now I can see the installed program on my HP PDA. However, I still need to install the registration key to activate the software. How do I do that?
FYI, I can see the icon on PDA screen under PROGRAM GROUP. I also have the registration key that you sent to you earlier.
I would appreciate if you would show me the steps to install the keys.

Hi Val:

I can get the registered key from your email. According to the HELP MANUEL, I need to go to DICTIONARY --> REGISTER, however, I couldn't find DICTIONARY on the programs that I have installed so far.

FYI, I use ACTIVSYNC and have installed 2 programs from the CD package so far. Now I can see the programs on the HP PDA as well on my desktop PC. However, I cannot find DICTIONARY to open up the registratio key box for me to enter the key.

Do I need to uninstall and reinstall programs again and how to find the registration key box?

Hi Val:
I managed to get onto my HP PDA by go to TOOLS --> Register.
I then proceeded to download the Reg Key File onto LS DICTIONARY folder under Mobile Device.
But when I navigated to MOBILE DEVICE --> LS DICTIONARY and selected Licence Key, I didn't see any RKF there.
I don't know how do I go from there...please help.
