Hi
I have just purchased an ntl-2ch which I think is great, there seems to be a few problems and I hope you can help me. when the itravl is in the ihelp mode and after I have finished my training mode the unit recognizes nearly every phrase i say into it perfectly, the only thing is every time I turn the unit back on it will only recognize one or two phases if I’m lucky. I have to repeat the training mode all the time for it to recognize all the phases again, am I doing something wrong? i have also added my own list of phrases from the phrase library and with voice tags and it does the same thing. Also when in ihelp it keeps saying ihelp.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. also the batteries only last about one hour I have a second one but it also lasts about one hour is this normal?
Kind regards
Tony Allen
