Works great! We ordered this for our trip to Rome. It seemed to be the only option that provides offline use. It was operational in seconds without ever going online. The moment you turn it on and set your language it works. I'm glad I bought it. The program could use some tweaks when it comes to typing in a quick phrase. But overall it is useful and easy to use. It is essentially a tablet with their language programs and dictionaries installed.
